Dodge and or Fiat Leadership Confusion

I heard a rumor that even though Dodge won't be getting the Sprinter made by Mercedes anymore, they are planning on bringing one over to the US from the Fiat garage. In the process of looking for support of this rumor I discovered this article that is raising questions in my mind about the continued viability of Chrysler (again).

It appears that the company cannot retain any leadership and sales continue to plummet. I am not sure if I am comfortable with my dear, if limited, investment in the organization as an American taxpayer.
